Criteria for Selecting National and School Top Ten at Higher Secondary Level
To establish A-Level top ten positions, students will be given points for those subjects where a C pass and above is scored according to the following table.
- Students should attain a C pass or above in HSC Islam and Dhivehi
- Students should attain a C pass or above in 0-Level English or a higher English Examination
- Students should attain a C pass or above in any 3 A/Level subjects
- Students should attain a minimum score of 47 when points are given according to the above criteria
*Note: Points will be given for 2 HSC subjects and the best three scored A-Len subjects. Please note that advanced subsidiary level subjects and any 0-Level subject done during the 2 year period at CHSE will NOT be considered while calculating A Level top ten positions.Top
